Refund Policy

1. General Policy
At ChemPro Pharma, we are committed to customer satisfaction. Due to the nature of pharmaceutical products, all sales are final once products have been shipped. We cannot accept returns or provide refunds for opened or used products.
2. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will:
- Request photographic evidence of the damage or defect
- Investigate the issue promptly
- Provide a replacement product or full refund if the claim is valid
3. Incorrect Orders
If you receive an incorrect product due to our error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for:
- Return of the incorrect item (at our expense)
- Shipment of the correct product at no additional cost
- Or a full refund if the correct product is unavailable
4. Lost or Stolen Packages
ChemPro Pharma is not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as lost or stolen. We recommend:
- Providing a secure delivery address
- Tracking your shipment using the provided tracking number
- Contacting the shipping carrier directly for lost package claims
5. Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order before it has been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. To cancel an order:
- Contact us immediately at orders@chempropharma.ca
- Include your order number in the subject line
- Cancellations are processed within 1-2 business days
6. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method:
- E-transfer refunds: 1-3 business days
- Cryptocurrency refunds: 1-5 business days (subject to network confirmation times)
7. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable:
- Opened or used products
- Products purchased on sale or clearance
- Custom or special-order items
- Products without original packaging

All products are sourced from reputable manufacturers and are authentic. We guarantee product quality and authenticity. If you have concerns about product quality, please contact us immediately.
